Dear Service User

Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our Dermatology department. This will be fed back to the department who are always pleased to receive such compliments.

Our apologies though for the delay in being seen, clinics sometimes do run late but for very good reasons such as a particular patient needing more time than was anticipated. I would like to thank you for your patience on this occasion - waiting to see the doctor clearly paid off.
