Where to start pain relief never given on time by staff. Missed off list at meal times on numerous occasions and left in a soiled bed for over 2 hours

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience on this occasion however we are not able to pass this on the the ward in question as it is not menitoned in the feedback you have left.
