"Waiting Times"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Urology

(as the patient),

I have been attending Hairmyers Hospital, within the last year and a half I have had 3 consultant urologist and I am awaiting seeing number 4 as the previous ones have left. I waited over 6 months for a urodynamics date, I could not attend due to the short notice given ( I can't just take time off without notice ). I therefore waited a further 6 months to have this done. I have not seen my consultant urologist in over a year and have been told it will be June/July before this happens. I received a letter telling me my urodynamics came back clear and as I was getting bladder instillations that my condition should be under control. The reason urodynamics was requested was as my condition is not under control. I am generally very I satisfied with the NHS
