"Fantastic personal care"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

We visited the A&E dept on a Friday afternoon. Whilst the whole process did take 4 hours due to how busy the department was I was still very impressed by how extraordinarily hard staff were working to support as quickly as possible. The doctor who assessed our X-Ray was helpful and friendly and the plaster room staff were fantastic in their advice, good humour and care. Thank you all.
