About: Priory Hospital Woking

The Priory Woking had a very poor working relationship with my husband's family. Relations broke down and safeguarding issues were not managed well.

The accommodation was unclean and fixtures and fittings are old and worn.

Food excellent and reception service was good.

Care plans were unclear and not consistently followed through
