(as the patient),

We were at Hairmyers because we were told wishaw can't do injections no sterile rooms lol we were moved down stairs in a cramped eye clinic with two boot rooms with dental chairs for injections have to line up to check in then still 2 hour wait till seen and line up to get repeat appointment you can be seated with 50 people sweating coughing talk about infection risk its like a zoo

Dear Dance

I apologise for your recent experience when you visited the eye clinic. The Ophthalmology clinic can be very busy and we are in the process of relocating a temporary store cupboard to create more waiting room space. The store cupboard should be moved in the coming weeks and is a priority given the issues you have raised.

Dear Dance,

Following your comments we have made changes in the department regarding the booking process and the time spend within the waiting areas, unfortunately we have not yet been able to move the storage.

We reviewed the entire department following your previous comments and felt that wider changes were required, this has lead to a slight delay but we are confident that the future changes shall be a great improvement.
