Waiting four hours for a five minute wound dressing is just a disgrace and complete waste of time!
Won't be coming here again or recommending it.
It is common sense, if the busiest time is after 5pm then get more staff in at that time not in the morning when everyone is at work or school! They tell you it is a two hour wait but that's not the case and no one offers any apology or explanation till you ask and then they treat you like a bother.
