About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as the patient),

I have been at a meeting today looking at our Patient meeting.

today we worked on suggestions on what can be done better, a new agenda for the meeting, and which staff we think should attend and the why around that.

we are expecting to see some changes to,

Reduce the meeting time

Reduce the number of Staff attending to make it more Patient oriented

more quality meeting with good outcomes

Thank you very much for taking the time to feedback. It was a very productive day with the group findings having already been fed back at the most recent Patients Forum on the 18th of May. Changes highlighted are going to be implemented from June onwards which includes the recommendations you have highlighted.

The process will be subject to ongoing review in order to ensure that the Patient Experience is of a high quality so please continue to voice your opinions if you feel further change is required.
