"Disorganised"

About: Barnsley Hospital / Gynaecology

Appointment was a duplication of work my GP had already done resulting in a complete waste of NHS resources. The doctor then completed paperwork which later transpired I would be both an outpatient and inpatient at the same time. To top it all off the doctor gave me conflicting leaflets too.

Even the admissions staff were confused as to where I was supposed to be going. I was sent 2 letters which turned out to be incorrect. At least one of the admissions staff was really helpful though so I now know what I am going for.

Wished I had stuck to my earlier experience of how bad the hospital is rather than trust them again.
