"They made me feel much better"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I went into clinic five at Lincoln hospital with my dad. I put numbing cream on my arms and hands as I was having a blood test. I sat with my dad and looked at a book while the two very kind nurses took my blood. They both said I did very well and gave me a sticker and a small toy at the end. They made me feel much better and more confident in having the blood test.

It made it a much better experience.
