"Fabulous staff, caring and kind"

I am a carer and on several occasions recently I have been with my client while she attends outpatient clinics, I have found the staff to be extremely efficient,kind and courteous not only to my client but to myself also. Nothing is too much trouble and all requests met with a genuine smile.

On one occasion we were let down by the private ambulance service, we were taken to the discharge lounge, given sandwiches and hot drinks while the ambulance was chased up by the staff.

A fantastic little hospital, brilliant staff, could be a bit cleaner though!
