What I liked

The hospital is always really clean and i personally like the new phone-in appointment system. I was also dealt with very quickly and efficiently. My grandmother came to the hospital when she was terminally ill with cancer and the nurses were amazing. They are so caring and attentive, nothing like the nurses at QMC.

What could be improved

The nurses that take blood for blood tests always bruise me and i know alot of people that also bruise. I know that is a reasonably common thing but i give blood and have had loads of blood tests at QMC and never bruised before.

Also i went about a year ago with a dislocated little finger, i waited for over an hour to see a nurse and then she said that she didn't think it was broken even though my finger was at a right angle to my hand. After much complaint they eventually sent me to QMC where i was dealt with very quickly and had to have a minor operation. Not broken indeed!
