I have enjoyed the course every week, all the tools I have learned to use have been useful, I have now used mindfulness as an app at home and taken other relaxation ideas, and put together a plan of goals I realistically could and want to achieve. Also being on this course has made everything and everyone around me, show how much I can do for them and now they can do for themselves. I now have a better idea for me to be happy and relaxed. I have done a counselling course and bereavement courses so was mindful of self and others, but these tools and ideas on how to deal with the situation and others have been of value. So take control of Anxiety has been very good.
