The doctors at Cresswell couldn't have been any nicer and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Although I don't think we would ever have had to stay in the hospital if it wasn't for the doctor from "out of hours". The doctor looked at the blister for all of two seconds and assured us that it looked fine and wasn't infected even though it was inflamed and filled with yellow liquid, they told me not to cover it and that it would dry up on its own. 4 days later the blister had doubled in size and it was diagnosed as "staph infection". Yet to find out the doctor's name and put a complaint in. I feel absolutely disgusted. My 10 week old baby had to go though all this when it should have been dealt with by that doctor.
