The care and treatment I received whilst a patient on the Ainslie Ward was excellent.The surgeons kept me fully informed about the nature and process of my emergency hip operation.The anaesthetists were reassuring and explained clearly their procedures.The nursing staff were very supportive,attentive and caring and put first rate patient care at the forefront of their work.The physios and occupational therapists gave me very good advice and guidance relating to post-operation rehabilitation.The domestic staff were extremely kind and friendly.
Overall the professionalism and dedication displayed by the orthopaedic team are a real credit to Torbay and South Devon N.H.S. Foundation Trust.
