We were offered an appointment for our poorly 4 year old. Reception staff were professional and helpful. Facilities were clean. They were 1.5 hours behind schedule which I understand due to the number of very poorly patients.
When we eventually got seen, the person had an abrupt manner, wrongly diagnosed a chest infection and made us decide the next steps.
We had gone in due to concerns re dehydration and on arrival at A & E discovered our daughter's blood sugar was worryingly low. The person at medocc had wanted to send us home with antibiotics for a chest infection which didn't exist?! Thank goodness Medway A & E know what they're doing.
