About: King George Hospital

Tried to ring the hospital today to find out information about my mother's appointment last Friday.

Asked for doctor by name, was told in a very rude and unsympathetic manner that there were lots of doctors of that name.

Was not at all helpful and palmed me off on the first extension they could think of to get rid of me.

Not helpful at all!
