Naturally, I was so nervous to visit BPAs peterborough and had to travel alone a few hours to reach them. The staff were so amazing with brilliant sense of humours making me feel so comfortable and at ease especially seeing as I was by myself. I couldn't have felt more confident with my decision due to their approach to the subject matter, the way they worded everything was understandable. Words don't justify how amazing the staff here are and how they made me feel!
