"daughter ear problem"

my daughter has been under the ENT department since 2014 and since her grommet fell out 5 months ago has been in constant pain with a hole in her ear drum and constant infections and all we get at every appointment is told to wait a bit longer given antibiotic drops and fobbed off with we do not know why she is in pain it's the same consultant who told me in front of my daughter that they thought the pain was all in her head which I found rude and unhelpful I wish we could get anther consultant and would not recommend them they are never on time and we are waiting around for hours to be got rid of as soon as possible with no solution this is affecting my child's school and social life and they have had plenty of ear infections before and has never been in pain like they are now after the grommet fell out we now wish they had never had the thing put in
