"My visit to James Paget Out of Hours Clinic"

On entering the room, the dr asked me if the other people in the waiting area arrived before me. They then showed me the screen and was explaining how pets were arrived and then accepted the dr. They said " you work here don't you" ( I did work at JPH more than a yr ago, but did not recognise them. ) I feel this breached confidentiality.

During the examination, I felt the dr was less than thorough: my concern was that my recently treated chest infection had become worse after a period of improvement. On doing my pulse and resps they wrote 14 breaths, but did not count and said my pulse was regular without feeling it, just using sats probe: as HCP myself I was not concerned about my vital signs, just wanted my chest auscultated but I feel their lack of actual observation was not reflected in their documentation.
