I attended Cardiology in the purple zone for a treadmill test and echocardiogram.I did have a long wait but a doctor came out and explained they were running late due to some complicated cases.I was called soon after and met a doctor and technician for the tests. It all went fairly smoothly but the doctor was a bit abrupt and raised their voice because I was finding it difficult to walk in an upright position on the treadmill.I guess it was a bit frustrating for the doctor but I was trying to cooperate and I think they could have been a bit more patient with me.I was impressed with how professional the team were,on the whole and I was given a preliminary diagnosis straight after the test.I did have a lot of questions but the senior doctor was honest in saying they could not answer most of them at this stage.A satisfactory experience all in all apart from the 'bedside manner' niggle.I accept that doctors are only human and I know it had been a long day for the doctor and the team.
"Professional atmosphere"
