I would just like to take the time to leave a review as I believe the care I received was absolutely fantastic.

Understandably I was a little nervous and began to have a full panic attack during the prep for my endoscopy. The nurses were brilliant in keeping me calm and distracting me. The doctor doing the proceedure was also lovely and understanding.

I felt everybody there was a polite, kind and as understanding as could be. I felt safe, which for me in a new location about to have something new done is rare.

Everything was explained perfectly and I knew what to expect. The lovely nurse even rang my husband for me when it was time to leave.

Everything was so clean and well maintained, within a minute of someone leaving a bed it was being stripped and cleaned with disinfectant.

Thank you ever so much for your time and patience today.
