"No follow up appointment dirty wards"

I had a operation to remove a cancerous tumour from my kidney on 7 th march with supposedly a 6 week follow up appointment it is very worrying that 7 weeks later I still haven't received a appointment or any indication when this might happen. Also when I received my discharge papers through the post ( none on the day ) it said he had discharged myself when I had not ! Complete faith in the doctors who did a brilliant job pity the rest of the hospital are not as efficient
