"Currently on ward 28"

I'm currently a patient on ward28 via ward 30 then ward 33. Patients are left for hours rountinely without pain relief. Staff are rude and inconsiderate when asked about the care plan. Night staff were explicitly rude telling us in a very loud voice to shut up cos had patients who are really ill to see too. Not nice!
