About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

On Wed 19th April I was admitted to A&E at RCH Truro with a suspected stroke. First the ambulance staff were simply superb in the way they treated and explained and made me know I was in safe hands thank you very very much. The staff at A&E were simply brilliant thank you, you were wonderful and professional,the Doctor who confirmed my condition as Bell's palsy.( Not a stroke thankfully ) this condition is treatable. You all were so professional and kind and had a sense of humour that made me feel safe and well cared for thank you very very much

I was so glad to hear that both ambulance staff and our staff in ED treated you with kindness and humour, and made you feel safe at what must have been an extremely anxious and worrying time.
