"Water aerobics strengthened my heart"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was left with a very weak heart muscle after having heart failure. I started at the water aerobics class and its strengthened my heart! The nurse said that it’s a rare thing! I’m so happy. The staff were friendly and caring. They saved my life 10 years ago, and continue to support me. They are fantastic.
