What I liked
The first thing I noticed was how clean the Treatment Centre was. Even though I had arrived early for my operation I didn't have to wait long before I was called through to the clinical area. I was told then that the list was running late, but I was first on the afternoon list. All the staff that dealt with me were friendly and didn't appear to have to rush off to the next patient (don't know if that was because I was there on Saturday though). My privacy was maintained throuhgout even though I was in a mixed sex area, due to the layout of the cubicles.
What could be improved
The whole experience was faultless.
Anything else?
My only complaint would be the length of time I had to wait to see the consultant (I knew that when I chose to go to Burton though) and the time I had to wait for my date. From referral by my GP to op yesterday was about 5 months. I assumt this to be because so many people choose, like myself, to go to Burton because of their good reputation.
