"There seemed to be communication problems"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I was on D4W for the first part of my stay, the care by everyone was first class, especially Doctor Malik and nursing assistants, they are like green angels, then on B6 which is a discharge ward, totally different.

The only problem I am experiencing is there seemed to be communication problems, my husband had to come in and see someone, as I had started physio, but when moved spent the next 6 days in bed and lost all the good work the physio's had accomplished in D4W, now having to start again with new physio's who I feel are not listening to me, or in my view, haven't  read my notes, this needs much improvement,
