"Such a lovely team"

I couldn't thank the cardiac team enough for all they had done for me from level 10 to level 6 the staff went above and beyond my expectations they all showed such empathy and concern and I was very well looked after.

I felt unwell and had been referred from my doctor to AMU who then out of the blue referred me to cardiology where I needed have have a catheter ablation and spent a week there.

From the moment I arrived on level 6 a member of staff was so reassuring and had such a bedside manner and I thank you so much for being so lovely.

At first I was in a mixed ward and the next day was moved to a side room which luckily became available ( it wasn't ideal being on a mixed ward being a young 32 year old woman) they treated me with respect and dignity And I remained there until I was discharged.

I just want to say a massive thank you to many members of staff for looking after me and of course my consultant and to all other doctors who helped looked after me you put so much into what you do and it shows and I couldn't of asked for better care and a better team I am so very grateful it has certainly restored my faith in the NHS.
