"ENT"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Ear, Nose and Throat

Having been sent by my GP to A&E and then followed up in the SOS ENT clinic, finally discharged but to have an urgent MRI scan.

I apparently now need onward referral but can I get the MRI result?

No

I have now made 4 calls and finally got hold of the ENT secretary who promised to fax the result to my GP today as I had an appointment this pm!

See my GP and of course no result!

I have chosen now not to be referred back to ST George's but of course I still need the MRI result so please can someone do something helpful and let my GP have a copy

I work in the NHS and most days I go above and beyond because it's all about patient care but sadly I've not seen this from this department.
