"All the staff were first class"

I was rushed by Ambulance owing to severe stomach pains. being unaware what was happening to me on arrival at A &E, it was not until after my operation where I was inform I had a burst appendix and my body was shutting down the day before. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all involved especially, A Mihailescu and the surgical team for their kindness and dedication in attending to my recovery. whilst writing, I also had to visit your Endoscopy Dept 9weeks later and again all the staff were first class explaining everything to me putting me at ease.
