I saw my doctor at Watermeadow Surgery.

High blood pressure and very high pulse prompted a call for an ambulance to take me to the CSRU. I had atrial flutter and fluid retention.

I am writing to tell you that the support and service I received from all concerned was superb. Without exception everyone was friendly, light hearted, supportive and extremely professional. The paramedics were particularly good and deserve special thanks. Checks and balances carried out during the day worked perfectly and as described and I was released at the end of the day with a solution and further tests in position.

This is not my first semi-emergency visit and I have always received excellent treatment. Thank you, once again, staff at Bucks Healthcare.
