What I liked

I have had 3 knee ops in the last 2 years at the Peninsula. All medical staff have been friendly and supportive. I have never had any infection or problems with the surgery performed. The hospital is clean and fresh and never has that odour that can sometimes put you off coming to hospital. If I have had any post op concerns or queries you are able to phone the hospital, Appointments and waiting times are made promptly and I have been in for the consultation, an MRI and then surgery all within a matter of weeks. I have recommended peninsula hospital to people far and wide in respect to how i have been treated and cared for. Thanks to all your great

What could be improved

The only improvement is that the consultants when tired become less bilingual, maybe a break between operations and consultations be taken to recoup as my consultants and I have found conversations in english patchy.
