"No help given for a patient to empty a night bag."

I was a patient at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and stayed on Q2. I had a broken bone in my back and a bad infection in my urine and other areas. I would like to have been given more information. I have a urostomy which means I need a night bag. Every morning I asked a nurse to empty it. I was told later on several days that my wife had to empty it in the afternoon. I could not empty the night bag myself because I was in a side ward in isolation.

I was not given much information and there does not appear to be any follow up treatment planned.
