"Reception staff vet nice but nurse practitioner..."

About: Burnham on Sea War Memorial Hospital

Went today on 28-2-17

Got severe gout and working away from home

Reception staff were lovely but nurse practitioner was very rude and abrupt and did not even examine me

They were not happy that I didn't go to my gp who is 150 miles away

Bedside manner was discussing

I have worked and lived in this country all my life and my taxes pay their wages

In my opinion they are in wrong job

Horrible, made me feel I had done something wrong
