The sleep apnoea clinic at the Liverpool Heart and Chest hospital is wonderful. Dot and Jenny are amazing, the way they interact with patients. From the very first visit, their professionalism was obvious. The way they interact is great. They strike the right, but difficult balance between being professional and friendly. They manage to be both.
I have to go back every year and it feels like we’ve struck up a real relationship with them. I have a very severe form of sleep apnoea and they are friendly and reassuring. It all works smoothly – appointments come on time – and if there is ever a problem with the equipment they slot you in and get it sorted the same of next day.
