(as the patient),

I was taken to Cramlington hospital on Friday afternoon due to having chest pains. The A&E staff were absolutely wonderful. The care they gave me was first class from admission to discharging me. Blood tests, ecg, chest X-ray was all given with exceptional care towards me. I was reassured constantly to put me at ease. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional professionalism throughout my stay. They are all angels in disguise.
