Like a previous reviewer, I have been trying some 14 times now to get through to the appointments line and cancel an appointment that I can't attend as I am on holiday.
I am now looking for an email address to try my best not to waste hospital time, but as there are now only 3 days to go I will probably go down as a missed appointment.
I cannot believe that whatever time you ring they are dealing with a lot of calls you aren't even given a chance to hold on if it's urgent the recording just says ring back - goodbye
