About: University Hospital Lewisham / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I have been to the Gastroenterologist to see the doctor in January, he told me that one item in my blood test is higher than normal I need to take prescription. he said he will post the prescription through the post to my flat, then let me take blood in the hospital, but one month later I haven't receive anything, then I phone the hospital thousand times finally talk to his secretary, his secretary said didn't know what is going on? I continue to phone them everyday about 6 times then another month later said let me go there to do another time blood test, I did, but another month later, today they send letter to me and my GP said I didn't go there to do blood test, no result is on the system.

It's very annoying, I felt very very angry about this. then let me go to do the blood test twice, lost my blood test twice nothing on the system after three months said I didn't go to do the blood test, but actually I did twice blood test.  Because of this I keep worrying about my Liver problem. Is that very urgent or not? I thought it's very urgent if my liver turn worse I get cancer dead I think.

Now it pass three months still can not contact them, they won't answer my phone, I keep phone them for hours. they just don't answer my phone or they say let me do the third time blood test in the hospital, people don't have so many free times to keep go to the hospital to do the same thing and haven't get the result. and they even said you haven't gone there to do blood test even you have did 2-3 times. how long I have to wait and still said no result you didn't go there? I don't know what I can do. If I got serious problem I would be dead long time ago.

Even if it's small problem I think now will become a big problem. and I have to worrying and can't sleep at night for 3 months.

They tell GP the wrong things. GP said nothing they can do. just keep phone the hospital. I think this is a very rubbish system. 

I don't know what I can do. who I can complain to? ? who will solve my problem? ?
