"Amazing"

I can't speak highly enough of this GP Surgery. I've been going repeatedly over the past year as I have been suffering from anxiety, and my GP has been absolutley fantastic. Even when I raised a new problem with them, they knew exactly what was needed. Unfortunately I can't mention their name, but they deserve all the praise they can get. On a larger scale, both with them and in the wider sugery, I feel safe and cared for, and I can't ask for much else. An amazing practice, and the best doctor I have ever had.

"I feel safe and cared for" is about as much as we can hope to achieve in our work, so thanks again for this reminder of what we're aiming for and the affirmation that we're doing things right. We will feed this back to the rest of the team, and so the doctor involved with also receive this feedback, even if indirectly.
