"Bloods taken and never contacted again."

I came in to Lorraine Hewitt house very vulnerable, I expressed my need for help to detox, I was suffering from social anxiety and panic attacks, my alcohol intake was very high and I was in need of help... I trusted them and they took my blood samples.. I let them stick a needle in me and remove my blood and take a urine sample.. And they never contacted me back. I was assessed by one person.. My bloods taken by another and I was supposed to be called by yet someone else... I feel I was duped and lied to.. I received no call and no help.
