(as the patient),

The staff were great from receptionist to the doctor. I was very nervous about having a coil as I got pregnant on the coil last time and not only that I have always struggled with the procedure and the pain it causes me. But the detailed discussion, time and advice by Farah and the support from Chelsea made all the difference to this experience. It still hurt but the support, compassion and empathy shown by these girls through the reassurance in their voice and holding my hand through out the procedure I will never forget. You guys are great. Thank you for your help, it will always stay with me...
