I had pelvic scans yesterday, and was impressed by the friendly reception staff and the waiting room, with enough seats.

The appointment was on time, so no unnecessary waiting.

Excellent.

The member of staff who undertook the scans was excellent, they put me at ease, undertook their role in a professional, friendly, respectful and efficient way.

This member of staff explained what they were doing, checked that I was ok, and that the pressure of the scanner was not too much for me.

Overall what started as a day full of dread turned out to be a day that was positive and certainly not as bad as I thought, and that was due to all staff that I met.
