"Poor Administration"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Attended specialist clinic (Ortho) and was further referred to physio, Physio was to take place in another location (not the hospital). Referral paperwork was 'lost' or sent to the wrong location, either way a month down the line I am no further forward in my treatment. Has taken the best part of a day to get to this stage by phoning numerous places and hospitals. New referral now having to be made which has set me back yet another month. It has taken over a year now and still not being actively treated. Not happy!
