What I liked

The Receptionist at the front door was very good but things went downhill from there on. The best thing by far was getting out of there.

What could be improved

simply everything, from the empty anti-sceptic hand gell dispensers to the way I was spoken too. It was so bad I had to refuse treatment and leave. If you go to the Nations Heathcare web site and click on Patients experiance the exact oppoisite of what they claim happens.

Anything else?

You ask for comments to help other people, all I can say is go somewhere, anywhere, else. The building has been designed by someone used to designing shopping centers, all show, but behing the scenes the procedure room was so small the doctor could not move around the trolley without great difficulty. The staff are under great pressure to perform a set number of procedures they have no time to help each other let alone the patient.
