"Highly unorganised uncaring and unprofessional"

I went in with a complain of left arm pain. I had been suffering from it over the last 2 days and have a few similar episodes over the last couple of months. After waiting for 2 hours I got told that the standard waiting time is 3 hours so I need to wait for another 1 hr. I had a bit of heartburn as well and in the initial assessment by a nurse - they didnt even take a BP reading!!!

I am so disappointed at the level of attention I received that i left in the same condition to go to a private practice. As well a woman started screaming since she had been waiting for 4 hrs to be seen. They took her in right away. So does it have to come to this?
