About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as the patient),

I had lots of strokes, eventually the hospital found out that these were due to a rare blood disorder which is now being treated. The Community Stroke Team came and helped me. They are very very good. I am now living at home, doing most things myself and I have made a lot of improvement. It has taken nearly a year but the team have helped a lot and made a big difference.
