"Missed appointment - Letter not received"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was waiting for an ultrasound scan, but I didn't receive the letter.

I called the Chelsea Hospital and was told me to refer back to my GP, how can it be possible?

Is there a way to rebook the appointment without starting from zero?

It's frustrating that it can take 3 months to get simple things done.
