It was a very long night after being admitted to Heartlands Hospital. It has given me hope again in the NHS as the Drs and nurses in A&E through to the nurses and Drs on the ward who were extremely thorough, kind, attentive and organised. Porters and Radiographers were also excellent! I could not fault it. Had a student nurse look after me for the night who was amazing and will be a fantastic nurse when she qualifies! The staff is what makes our NHS and the management need to realise that and look after the excellent staff within the Trust! Back home now and feeling so much better!
