"I have nothing but the utmost admiration and gratitude for the work that they do."

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had fallen and hurt his wrist. As a mother of four young children, this was not my first visit to this department. In fact, I'm thinking of asking for a loyalty points card.

However, it was my son's first 'proper' incident and he was understandably nervous, especially at the prospect of having an x-ray.

I didn't have time to complete a patient satisfaction card but felt that I couldn't leave without acknowledging the incredible service we received. The team in the paediatric emergency ward have been exceptional in their care, efficiency, good humour and reassuring treatment of all my children's ailments to date.

I have nothing but the utmost admiration and gratitude for the work that they do.
